Ashleigh Nel

Ashleigh Nel has been employed in the field of industrial psychology since 2019. Ashleigh began their career at Food Lover's Market Holdings where they held the roles of Facilitator, Organizational Development Coordinator, and Industrial Psychology Intern. In 2022, they joined JOBJACK as an Assessment and Skills Developer.

Ashleigh Nel's education history includes attending Bryandale Primary School from 2003 to 2009, Fourways High School from 2010 to 2014, and the University of Stellenbosch from 2015 to 2018. At Stellenbosch, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2017, a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2018, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In 2016, they also attended the University of Bayreuth's Economic Winter School short course in Economics. In 2018, they were awarded the Top Industrial Psychology Honours Student award from the Department of Industrial Psychology at the University of Stellenbosch.
