Minji Seo

Minji Seo has extensive experience in service planning and human resources, currently serving as a service planner at 잡코리아 since February 2022, where responsibilities include launching and managing digital business card services and career check services, as well as planning for the 잡코리아 website, app, and admin platforms. Prior to this role, Minji worked at Yanolja as an HR planner, focusing on the redesign of the recruitment site and operational management of SAP SuccessFactors modules. Minji also served as an HR manager at 4DREPLAY, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, implementing performance evaluation systems, and facilitating HR communication with the US headquarters. Earlier experience includes managing overseas personnel operations at Etners, providing support for recruitment, employee welfare, and immigration processes. Minji holds a bachelor's degree in Korean History from Kookmin University.
