Rick Größel

Rick Größel has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rick started their career as an entertainer at TUI in 2012 and later interned at Europe Hotels International in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a guest service agent and concierge at Mantra Group. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a guest service supervisor at pentahotels. In 2017, they joined Invia Group Germany as a junior product manager and later became a project manager until 2019. In 2020, they worked as a hotel sales manager at HRS Group and then as a distribution manager at Scandic Hotels. Since 2021, they have been working at Joblift, initially as a customer success and business development manager and currently serving as a senior customer success and business development manager for Germany. Throughout their career, Rick has gained expertise in customer service, sales, project management, and business development.

From 2012 to 2015, Rick Größel attended the Berufsakademie Sachsen - Staatliche Studienakademie Breitenbrunn - University of Cooperative Education. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
