Ethnie Groth

Ethnie Groth has extensive experience in leadership and claims management, currently serving as Claims Team Leader for TtW & DES at Joblink Plus since May 2021, where responsibilities also include roles as Claims Specialist and Post Placement Tracking. Prior to this, Ethnie worked at Novaskill (HGT Australia) from April 2019 to April 2021 in positions including Finance Team Leader and Payroll Officer. Ethnie's career began in the hospitality sector, with roles such as Senior Supervisor at Silo Restaurant & Lounge from August 2012 to March 2019 and 2IC at Gregory's on Goonoo Goonoo from 2007 to 2012. Academic qualifications include a HSC degree from SDSHS with a focus on Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from 2004 to 2007.
