Mustafa Nadeem

Mustafa Nadeem is an experienced professional in AI implementation and business process management, currently serving as the AI Project Lead at Joblogic Service Management Software since April 2023, where initiatives focus on optimizing processes and enhancing product capabilities. Prior to this role, Mustafa was the Assistant Manager Outsourcing at Systems Limited, leading a service excellence team to uphold quality standards in eCommerce support. Previous positions held include Business Process Analyst at Software Pro, Support Operations Lead, Digital Product Expert, Quality Assurance Executive, and Business Support Officer at Telenor, where extensive experience was gained in support operations, product training, and quality assurance.
