Kevin Finlay

Kevin Finlay is an experienced executive manager and recruiter with a strong background in staffing and business solutions. Currently serving as Executive Manager and Principal Recruiter at Jobot since June 2022, Finlay previously held the position of District Manager at ADP from October 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing productivity and profitability for small and mid-sized businesses. Prior experience includes a decade-long tenure at Aerotek, where Finlay advanced from Recruiter to Account Manager and ultimately to District Manager.
