Kristin Ursua is a seasoned recruiting professional with over 20 years of experience in the Employment Services Industry. Currently serving as Principal Recruiter at Jobot since June 2020, Kristin combines human insight with technological advancements in recruitment. Prior roles include Co-Founder and COO at Empowered Employment, LLC, where Kristin focused on comprehensive employment services for candidates, clients, and companies. Previous experiences also include Staffing Manager at Amtec and Account Manager at Stewart Title, as well as Executive Recruiter at Shuler and Associates, specializing in staffing for the Advertising and Marketing sectors.
