Mitch Hagen is a seasoned recruiting professional with a robust background in the industry, currently serving as the Recruiting Manager and Founding Member at Jobot since June 2021. At Jobot, the focus is on utilizing advanced AI software to enhance the candidate and client matching process, combined with a commitment to a culture of kindness and respect.
