James Fanous

James Fanous is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the nonprofit and employment sectors. As COO and Co-Founder of JobPaths since August 2013, Fanous has played a key role in establishing an employment platform that supports Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) candidates, attracting over 24,000 new users monthly. Additionally, Fanous serves as COO and Communications Director of GI Go Fund, a nonprofit organization founded in 2006 that aids veterans and military personnel in securing employment and accessing essential resources. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Communications from Rutgers University.
