Izzy Claerhout is a professional with extensive experience in recruitment, coaching, and technical support. Currently serving as an Ambassador at De Cronos Groep since January 2018, Izzy plays a key role in promoting the company, known as a leading tech entity in Belgium. In 2023, Izzy began contributing to Jobs for Humanity as a coaching and training volunteer, focused on creating job opportunities for underrepresented communities. Prior experience includes co-founding Recruitment Architects and working as a Recruitment & Talent Specialist at Randstad Professionals Belgium, where Izzy emphasized coaching candidates.
