Seimoana Naisali currently serves as a Rutherford Research Assistant at The University of Auckland and is a member of the Pacific Peoples Advisory Panel with Auckland Council. As a co-founder of Jobs For Mums, Seimoana has been active in promoting initiatives for working mothers since March 2023. Previous experience includes providing Pacific Teaching Support for undergraduate courses at Massey University and extensive roles at NZ Police, such as Communicator and Pacific Ambassador for Crime Prevention, where assistance was given to the National Pacific Strategic Advisor. Seimoana contributed as a Social Media Advisor and Policy Advisor for the Family Violence Change Programme at NZ Police. Academically, Seimoana is pursuing a PhD in Public Policy at The University of Auckland, building upon a Master's degree in International Development from Massey University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology along with Film, TV & Media Studies from The University of Auckland.
