Daphne Layton

Daphne Layton currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Senior Advisor at Jobs for the Future (JFF) since March 2024, following a previous role as Senior Vice President from March 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included aligning program strategy and developing operations to advance JFF's goals during a significant growth phase. Prior to JFF, Daphne worked at Harvard Graduate School of Education from November 2003 to February 2019, holding positions such as Senior Associate Dean for Development & Alumni Relations, where leadership led a $250M capital campaign, and Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, overseeing academic administration for a large student body. Daphne also contributed to the University of Massachusetts System as Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs and held roles at the Association of American Colleges. Educational background includes a Doctor of Education from Harvard and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Yale.
