Debra Baird

Debra Baird has extensive experience in executive administration, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at Jobs for the Future since June 2018. Prior to this role, Debra was the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at South Shore YMCA from December 2016 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing the CEO's calendar and coordinating travel and events. Debra also held the position of Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President at Alpha Group US, contributing to the launch of Auldey Toys North America from December 2014 to December 2016. Additionally, Debra was a founding employee and Office Administrative Assistant at Old Sandwich Golf Club from November 2004 to February 2013, where key achievements included developing business systems and providing hospitality services. Debra holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration/Management from Gibbs College of Boston, completed between 2002 and 2005.
