Jocelyn Liberatore, MPA, is currently the Manager of Solutions Delivery & Design at Jobs for the Future (JFF), where responsibilities include managing multiple project portfolios for initiatives related to employer practices and education in prisons, coordinating a major annual summit for Fortune 1000 executives, and executing sessions at SXSW EDU 2023. Previously, Jocelyn served as the Workforce Initiatives Manager at the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, where work involved analyzing workforce development policies, managing a public-private partnership, and overseeing initiatives focused on fair chance hiring. Jocelyn holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Bethany College.
