Kinsey Kudrna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Jobs for the Future (JFF), Kinsey previously held key positions at Uncommon Schools as Senior Director of Total Rewards and at Teach For America, where roles included Managing Director of Compensation/Total Rewards, Director of Benefits & Compensation Partner, and Director of Strategy, Talent, & Operations. Earlier career experiences include serving as Office Manager at Benvenuti’s, LLC and as Intake Liaison and Payroll Coordinator at Heartland Home Health & Hospice. Kinsey Kudrna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
