Kristina F.

Kristina F. serves as the CEO and Chief Possibility Officer at Kin & Commons Strategy Group since June 2025. Kristina has extensive experience in leadership and board roles, including membership in Abundance360, Board Member positions at Black Girl Ventures and CivStart, and serving as the Executive Director of JFFLabs with Jobs for the Future until April 2025. Previous roles include Partner at The Marathon Fund, Podcast Co-host for Get Found Get Funded, and membership in Pipeline Angels. Kristina founded and led EsteemLogic, an advisory and IT consulting firm, and held a Principal/Director position at Booz Allen Hamilton for over a decade. Kristina holds a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University and an MIS in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University.
