Kristina Sampson

Kristina Sampson has extensive experience in finance and operations, particularly in the non-profit sector. Kristina is currently serving as the Vice President Finance at Jobs for the Future (JFF) since May 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Lynn Economic Opportunity from 2017 to May 2020, during which they also served as the Chief Financial Officer from June 2014 to May 2020.

Kristina also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Points of Light, LLC from December 2008 to January 2014. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of fiscal management and operations, including relocating the financial operations from Washington DC to Atlanta GA in order to align with senior leadership.

Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Training and Consulting at Walker & Company, LLP from April 2001 to September 2008. Kristina secured and managed a million-dollar national government contract, providing financial and grants management training and consulting services to organizations across the country.

During their tenure, they successfully managed the organization's financial and grants management, overseeing the accounting department and implementing financial controls as the organization's budget grew from $1M to $15M in just two years.
