Angela Heald

Angela Heald has an extensive work experience in marketing and administration roles. Angela currently serves as the Head of Marketing at Jobscan since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Checkfront from February 2016 to March 2022, starting as a Marketing Manager and then promoted to the role of Director of Marketing in March 2019. Before Checkfront, Angela worked at Real Estate Webmasters where they served in various roles including Marketing Strategist from June 2015 to February 2016, SEO Educator from September 2014 to June 2015, and SEO Specialist from December 2013 to September 2014. Angela also has an administrative role as a First Year Experience Administrator at Vancouver Island University from January 2013 to December 2013. Angela's earlier experience includes working as a Technical Supervisor at Gamerbase from September 2010 to July 2011.

Angela Heald obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business from Vancouver Island University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Angela also participated in two field schools during 2013, specializing in International Business, at Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce and Qingdao University of Science and Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Angela obtained The Leader's Discipline: A Coaching Approach to Leadership certification from Roy Group in January 2019. In July 2015, they became a Hootsuite Certified Professional through Hootsuite Media Inc. Angela also holds certifications as an Advanced Open Water Diver and an Open Water Diver from PADI, which they achieved in June 2013. In January 2013, they completed the Serving It Right certification from go2. Additionally, Angela obtained the Inbound Certification from HubSpot in June 2015 and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in December 2014.
