Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a background in nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has developed an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana worked as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and taught courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatic in business administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in food, nutrition, and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
