Amy Dutton

Amy Dutton currently serves as Senior Manager of Talent Strategies at JobsOhio, having advanced from the role of Talent Strategy Manager and Project Coordinator in the same organization from 2019 to 2023. With a strong background in workforce development, Amy previously held the position of Special Projects Manager at Workforce Solutions Capital Area, where responsibility included managing workforce and education grant initiatives. Earlier, Amy contributed to Goodwill Central Texas as a Grant Project Coordinator and Workforce Development Placement Specialist, focusing on grant implementation and client support. Amy began a career in customer service at Gap Inc. as a Customer Experience Expert. Academically, Amy obtained a Master of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Management from Marietta College.
