Shawn Hendrix

Shawn Hendrix is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and operational management. Currently serving as a Talent Strategy Manager at JobsOhio since August 2023, Shawn transitioned from a long tenure at Nissen Chemitec America, where leadership roles included President & C.O.O. and Senior Vice President from June 2008 to October 2022. Prior to that, a significant career at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. spanned over two decades, during which Shawn held multiple key positions, including Senior Staff Administrator for Honda and Vice President, focusing on cost planning and procurement. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University, obtained between 1977 and 1981.
