Marianne Kapralos

Marianne Kapralos is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations and Strategic Advisor to the VP, Talent Acquisition & Total Rewards at Metrolinx since November 2023. With a strong background in strategic advisory roles, Marianne previously worked at the Ontario Ministry of Finance as an Executive Assistant/Special Policy Advisor, coordinating essential provincial initiatives and managing divisional staff from December 2020 to November 2023. Prior experience includes strategic advising in the Office Optimization Division at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, along with various administrative and coordination roles across multiple ministries. Marianne holds a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
