Jennifer Farris

Jennifer Farris is currently an advisor at JobSync. Prior to that, they were the Director of People Operations at Kabam from July 2010 to August 2012. After that, they were the VP of People at Flexport from May 2017 to May 2018. Jennifer also worked as the Senior Director of People at Practice Fusion from April 2013 to September 2014. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder and Principal Consultant of FarsideHR Solutions. Jennifer specializes in Series A through IPO HR capacity build out for hyper growth organizations. Her practice focal areas include vision/mission support, interim/transitional executive leadership, talent acquisition, total rewards, ipo road mapping, communications, L&D/management development, policy/practice creation and business partner build out.

Jennifer Farris was educated at St. Francis High School, Santa Clara University, and The University of Edinburgh, where they earned their MSc in International & European Politics.
