Fred Hult

Fred Hult has a strong background in product management and leadership. Fred currently holds the position of Senior Director of Product Management at JobTarget, where they oversee a team of product managers and guides product strategy. Prior to this role, Fred served as the Director of Product Management at JobTarget, where they managed a team and implemented product management best practices.

Before their time at JobTarget, Fred worked at Visible Alpha as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for the product strategy and execution of their enterprise entitlement and event platforms. Fred achieved significant improvements in broker content granted and was promoted to manage the event platform.

Fred's experience also includes their tenure at Dealogic, where they served as a Product Director and led the development of their Institutional Analytics platform. Fred played a key role in the vision, roadmap, and re-launch of the ComplianceManager product.

Additionally, Fred co-founded Ilios Partners and served as the Chief Product Officer, leading the development of irNavigator, an investor relations platform. The platform was recognized as the "Best CRM" by the Investor Relations Roundtable in 2007.

Early in their career, Fred worked at Thomson Financial as a Director, leading a content team and supporting various Thomson products. Fred also served as a Senior Research Analyst at Carson Group, where they managed a team dedicated to maintaining a database of institutional ownership.

Before that, Fred started their career as a Research Associate at TECHNIMETRICS INC., where they were involved in creating global shareholder databases and providing investor relations services.

Fred Hult holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Vanderbilt University. Fred also obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business. Additionally, Fred has earned the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2019. In May 2023, they obtained a Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.
