Paolo Santori

Paolo Santori has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Paolo is currently serving as the Chief Information and Data Officer at Hirematic since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Jobtome from April 2021 onwards. At Jobtome, they also served as the VP Engineering, Data & Insights from March 2020 to March 2021 and as the VP Data & Insights from March 2019 to February 2020.

Before joining Jobtome, Paolo worked at Contactlab as the Chief Innovation Officer & Head of Data Intelligence from September 2018 to March 2019. Paolo also held the role of Chief Product Officer at Contactlab, where they managed the Product Division department from November 2014 to August 2018.

Paolo'scareer also includes serving as the CTO/Partner at Qwentès Italia Srl from November 2008 to September 2014, where they focused on streamlining software production and management processes to drive innovation and increase profitability. Paolo also worked at Eidon as the UI department manager from July 2007 to October 2008, leading the UI/UX design and front-end engineers' departments.

Paolo started their career at Contactlab (formerly Tomato Interactive) as the Lead Development Engineer from September 2002 to March 2007. During their tenure, they played a vital role in the development and management of the Contactlab e-mail marketing platform.

Prior to that, they served as the CTO at Y&R 2.1, handling full stack projects for clients such as Lottomatica and the Ministry of Labour. Paolo also worked at Wundermann as the E-business services director and at Texas Instruments as a Project Manager.

Paolo'searliest work experience includes managing the ISI Consulting/Olivetti Ricerca development team at Olivetti, where they worked on intranet/internet projects for clients such as Banca d'Italia and Pirelli Pneumatici.

Throughout their career, Paolo has demonstrated a strong focus on data-driven solutions, technology innovation, and leading cross-functional teams in various industries.

Paolo Santori attended Liceo Scientifico from 1980 to 1985, where they obtained their degree with a score of 60/60. Since then, they have obtained several additional certifications. In October 2015, they completed the "Docker Deep Dive" certification from Pluralsight. In February 2019, they completed the "Introduction to Data Science in Python" certification from Coursera. In September 2021, they completed the "YugabyteDB Fundamentals" certification from Yugabyte. Most recently, in August 2022, they obtained the "Astronomer Certification DAG Authoring for Apache Airflow" from Astronomer.
