Anna Hunter, EdD

Anna Hunter, EdD has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. In 2021, they began their current role as Director of Learning and Development at JobTread Software. Prior to this role, they were an Independant Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator from 2016-2021, Associate Director of Student Union at Texas Woman's University from 2016-2015, Assistant Director of Student Life at Collin College from 2015-2012, Student Organizations and Leadership Coordinator at University of Wisconsin-River Falls from 2012-2011, and Assistant Director of Student Activities at Maryland Institute College of Art from 2011-2009. Anna also held roles as LGBT Resource Adviser Graduate Intern, Program Adviser for University Programming, Assessment Intern, and Auditing Intern at St. Cloud State University from 2009-2006 and United Health Group in 2008. Her first role was at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls as Student Entertainment and Arts Committee Chair, Student Event Manager, and Resident Assistant from 2006-2009.

Anna Hunter, EdD completed their Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Development and Transformational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters of Science in College Counseling and Student Development from St. Cloud State University in 2011. Anna also holds a Bachelors in Communicative Disorders and Health from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, which they earned in 2009. Additionally, Anna has obtained certifications in Change Management Specialist from the Management & Strategy Institute in 2021, MBTI Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2020, Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup in 2016, Kingian Nonviolence Certification from The King Center in 2012, and Talking Circle Keeper from St. Croix Valley Restorative Justice in 2009.
