Anna Pinnau

Anna Pinnau possesses extensive experience in customer success management and human resources. Currently serving as Teamlead Customer Success Management at jobvalley since October 2019, Anna has also held the position of Customer Success Manager and Junior Recruiter. Prior experience includes an internship at Voith Turbo focused on personnel support and occupational health management, as well as roles at kbo - Kliniken des Bezirks Oberbayern, where responsibilities involved patient support and crisis psychotherapy. Additionally, Anna contributed to HILF e.V. through the Bundesfreiwilligendienst program, providing assistance to a child with autism spectrum disorder. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Personalmanagement from IU International University of Applied Sciences (2021 - 2024) and a Bachelor of Science in Gesundheitswissenschaft from the Technical University of Munich (2010 - 2018).
