Christoph Müller

Christoph Maier is currently a Thesis Student at MTU Aero Engines, focusing on a research project in Additive Manufacturing since April 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Product Management Working Student at EOS, where responsibilities involved revising machine documentation and conducting market analysis for 3D printing systems. At Technische Universität München, from October 2020 to March 2023, Christoph served as a Student Assistant at the Chair of Laser-based Additive Manufacturing, contributing to the conceptional design and development of a topology-optimized demonstrator part, and also tutored a course on machine drawing and CAD at the Chair of Materials Handling. Other notable positions include an internship in production planning at BMW Group, where tools for process data analysis were developed, and an engineering internship at CIM med GmbH. Christoph is pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich, with ongoing studies at Sogang University, following a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the Technical University of Munich.
