Ray Shealy

Ray Shealy is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in founding and guiding innovative companies. Currently a Cofounder and Board Member at NeuralEar, Ray is focused on developing AI-powered solutions for enhancing speech in noisy environments. As a Cofounder of Noxsano Inc, Ray contributes to advancing nitric oxide delivery systems for improved healing. In addition, Ray serves as a Board Member for Jobvious, promoting social job networking, and holds the position of Chair at TicketFire. As the Founder and CEO of Margaux Capital, Ray provides strategic consulting and private equity services to growing firms. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at IncludeHealth, Inc., Ray oversaw the development of a digital musculoskeletal AI platform. Ray’s extensive experience also includes leadership roles at SafeWhite, Custom Health, Health in Motion Network, and e-Cycle. Ray holds a BSBA in Honors Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and completed an Executive Course at Singularity University.
