Braden Williams has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Braden started their career as an Engineering Intern at PCC Structurals, Inc. in 2007, where they gained valuable experience during their summer internship. In 2010, they completed another Engineering Internship at PowerWorks LLC, where they were involved in various tasks such as wind turbine modifications, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
In 2011, Braden worked briefly as an L4 Maintenance Engineer at Solyndra. Later that year, they joined George M. Martin Co. as a Mechanical Engineer, where they worked until 2013. During their time with the company, they were involved in mechanical engineering projects.
Braden then joined Tesla Motors in 2013 as a Process Sustaining Engineer, where they worked on sustaining and improving manufacturing processes. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Sr. Process Engineer, specializing in process optimization. From January 2017 to August 2018, they held the position of Sr. Manufacturing Equipment Engineer at Tesla, focusing on equipment maintenance and improvement.
Most recently, Braden joined Joby Aviation in 2018 as a Mechanical Design Engineer. Braden is currently employed in the company, utilizing their skills and knowledge in mechanical design.
Braden Williams attended California State University, Chico from 2005 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, during the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronic Engineering from the same institution.
