Brian Moyer

Brian Moyer's work experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at Joby Aviation since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Lancer Systems from 2012 to 2018, where they held multiple roles including Engineer and Systems Administrator. At Lancer Systems, Brian developed, tested, and produced various optical and electrical penetrators for customers in the oil & gas and defense industries. Brian also deployed Linux in network infrastructure and virtualization applications and configured 802.1X for increased security. From 2014 to 2017, Brian worked as an Engineering Consultant at Dream Telescopes, where they designed circuits, performed PCB layouts, sourced components, and performed final testing of assemblies. Brian started their career at Underwriters Laboratories Inc in 2010 as an Engineer, where they designed motion control hardware and embedded software and wrote human interface and testing software.

Brian Moyer earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same institution, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017.
