Harrison Greenwood

Harrison Greenwood's work experience includes being a Mechanical Design Engineer at Joby Aviation since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Physiohand as a Lead Scientist from June 2020 to January 2021, where they designed and fabricated prototypes and provided technical updates and recommendations to the founders. Harrison also worked as a Project Manager at World Innovation Lab (WiL) from May 2020 to June 2020.

Harrison was a Mechanical Engineering Student in the Design Department at Stanford University from 2018 to March 2020. Harrison also interned as a 3D scanning intern at HP in June 2019 for two months, where they worked on automated calibration of advanced 3D scanners. Harrison has experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from September 2016 to May 2018, where they focused on machining parts and conducted detonation tests. Harrison also worked as a Writing Systems Engineering Intern at HP for three months in 2017.

In addition, Harrison served as an Introductory Statics Course Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2015 to December 2015 and as a Research Assistant at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) from September 2013 to May 2014, where they handled sediment samples and organized data.

Harrison Greenwood pursued their education in Engineering, with a focus on Mechanical Engineering. Harrison started their academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Harrison completed this program from 2014 to 2018.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Harrison then pursued a Master of Science - MS degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Design Methodology at Stanford University. This program took place from 2018 to 2020.
