Nathan Templon

Nathan Templon has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Nathan currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at Joby Aviation, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they spent six years at Boeing, where they held various roles. From February 2018 to October 2022, they served as a Systems Engineer - Data Architect, where they played a key role in establishing the model-based systems engineering capability and designed modular data architecture for engineering models. From February 2016 to February 2018, they served as a Systems Engineer - Integration and Test, where they developed real-time software and prototyped software changes for flight avionics. Before joining Boeing, Nathan worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the National Institute for Aviation Research from June 2014 to December 2015. During this time, they created software architecture and implemented version control methodology for data reduction systems. Nathan also had a role as a Shocker Navigator at Wichita State University from August 2012 to May 2014.

Nathan Templon attended Wichita State University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering.
