Robert Hirsch has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Robert is currently working at Joby Aviation as a Staff UX Engineer, where they started in July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at productOps, Inc. as a Senior UX Engineer from December 2017 to November 2020.

Before joining productOps, Inc., Robert worked at Project Level Up, LLC as a User Experience Designer from July 2016 to November 2017. Robert created mobile applications for fitness challenges and designed branding materials and websites.

From September 2013 to July 2016, Robert served as a Senior User Experience Designer at Peapod. Robert led the redesign of the e-commerce website and mobile applications, conducted UX research, and managed a team of developers and QA.

Prior to that, Robert worked as a Freelance Designer, specializing in experiential event design and visualizations for various brands, including Microsoft, MTV, Audi, Glenlivet, and the Holocaust Museum, from January 2012 to September 2013.

From April 2006 to January 2012, Robert worked at Freeman Company as an Experience Designer, creating immersive environments for trade shows, corporate events, and permanent installations.

Their early experience includes working as a Designer at Pictographics from April 2004 to July 2005.

Throughout their career, Robert has showcased their expertise in user experience design, accessibility, branding, web and mobile applications, and 3D rendering.

Robert Hirsch completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1999 to 2003. Robert then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University between 2012 and 2015.
