Nader El-Batrawi

Nader El-Batrawi, LL.M has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Nader started their career at Citi as a Relationship Manager for auto loans, where they played a key role in introducing Citibank's auto-loan programs in Egypt and positioning the bank as a market leader.

Nader then moved on to Nestlé Waters, where they served as a National Sales Manager and Cairo Sales Manager, leading successful relaunches of the Baraka Natural Water and Nestlé Pure Life brands in the Egyptian market. Nader also built and managed sales teams and achieved significant market share growth in both key accounts and out-of-home sectors.

Afterwards, Nader joined METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry as a Target Group Manager and CRM Manager, where they kick-started marketing initiatives and contributed to the development of a company expansion strategy. Nader also gained exposure to international business practices through training and business trips to various countries.

Next, Nader founded and served as the Chairman of Ousta Technologies, a successful ride-hailing service in Egypt. Under their leadership, the business grew rapidly, becoming the number one app for downloads in both the Apple and Google Play stores.

Nader then founded Jobzella, a career services platform, and served as its CEO. Nader successfully built the business from the ideation stage to a profitable venture with over 750,000 executives impacted in the Middle East. Nader also diversified the company into three distinct business segments and played a role in hiring and mentoring key executives.

In their current role as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Dulani Business Center, Nader is involved in providing consultancy and support to start-ups in Saudi Arabia. The program aims to help ambitious start-ups establish their businesses and achieve profitability.

Lastly, Nader is currently serving as the VP/CMO/CEO of Alkhaleej Training and Education Group, a Saudi publicly listed company. Nader is responsible for the management of all three business segments of Jobzella within the group.

Nader El-Batrawi, LL.M has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from Cairo University - Faculty of Law - English Department, obtained between 1997 and 2003. Nader also pursued further studies and obtained an LL.M. degree in International & Comparative Commercial & Business Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, between 2009 and 2011. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Franchise Consultant from MonshaatSA, obtained in 2022.
