Amy Florence has a solid work experience in finance and administration. Amy started their career as a Financial Analyst at the National Thoroughbred Racing Association in 2001 and worked there until 2007. Amy then joined the National Thoroughbred Racing company, where they served as the Director of Finance and Administration from 2007 to 2012, and later as the Chief Financial Officer from 2011 to 2022. In 2022, they moved to MiddleGround Capital as the Vice President of Corporate Accounting until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration at The Jockey Club, starting from June 2023.
Amy Florence has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. Amy also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Louisville.
