Austin Holbrook is currently serving as a Network Operations Center Technician at The Jockey Club since March 2022. Previously, Austin worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at CHI from October 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included updating and deploying end-user devices from Windows 7 to Windows 10, imaging multiple workstations simultaneously, and managing user accounts through Active Directory. With a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork, Austin has efficiently interacted with end-users in a healthcare setting and trained new employees on technical processes. Austin holds an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Technologies from Bluegrass Community and Technical College, completed in May 2021.
