Francis D'Silva

Francis D'Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, business architecture, and digital technology adoption within the health and public service sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Adviser at Brønnøysundregistrene, Francis has previously held significant roles including Member of the Management Board at JodaCare, Industry Lead and Director at CGI, and founding Digital Society Innovation. Francis's contributions to health informatics are notable as a member of the Norwegian mirror committee on Health Informatics and various leadership positions, including on the national board of the Norwegian Red Cross. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master in Systems-oriented Design from The Oslo School of Architecture and Design and multiple degrees in Mathematics from accredited institutions.
