Porter Braswell

Porter Braswell is a prominent entrepreneur and leader in talent development and workforce culture transformation. As the Founder and CEO of 2045 Studio since June 2023, Braswell focuses on creating inclusive environments where all employees are valued. Additionally, Braswell serves as the Managing Director at True Search and has been the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Jopwell since August 2014, a platform aimed at advancing the careers of Black, Latinx, and Native American professionals. With a commitment to inclusive leadership, Braswell also founded Jodie AI in April 2024, an AI-powered learning assistant.
