Heather Eaton

Heather Eaton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Joe & Bella since March 2024, Heather previously co-founded and led Frankly Apparel as CEO, focusing on inclusive braless clothing. Prior roles include Product Strategy at Rothy's, Investment Associate at Stanford GSB Impact Fund, and Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where promotion to Senior Consultant occurred before business school. Heather also contributed as an XPRIZE Visioneering Fellow and interned in graphic design and marketing at the Notre Dame Alumni Association. Academically, Heather holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame, complemented by studies at University College Dublin.
