Samantha Lutzer

Samantha Lutzer has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2006, they started their career as a Business and Commercial Litigation Associate at Fox Rothschild LLP and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2016, they were an Equity Partner and Co-Founder at BOWLES LUTZER & NEWMAN LLP, specializing in General Corporate, Business & Commercial Litigation and ADR. In 2010, Samantha co-founded DAILY PRESS BED-STUY and served as a Co-Founder until 2012. In 2013, they founded ON THE FLY CYCLING STUDIO INC. and acted as the Chief Executive Officer until 2015. Additionally, Samantha was the CEO Founder of COLD SPRING COFFEE PANTRY INC. from 2013 to 2022, focusing on Retail Expansion, CPG Innovation, Wholesale & Business Development, and Strategy & Ops. Samantha then founded SHL Management Inc. in 2016, where they remain as the Owner and Founder, specializing in Real Estate Management. Samantha's most recent position is the Director of Business Development and Wholesale at Joe Coffee Company, which they began in June 2023.

Samantha Lutzer started their education journey by attending Muhlenberg College from 1999 to 2003. Samantha graduated from Muhlenberg College with a degree in Magna Cum Laude with Honors. Later, they pursued higher education at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
