Kailey Ouchi

Kailey Ouchi is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product development and design leadership within the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Design Director of Childrenswear at Joe Fresh since January 2024, Ouchi executes design strategies and oversees both physical and digital product details. Previously held the position of Design and Product Development Lead at Tilley, successfully enhancing gross profit margins in large volume wholesale business. Earlier roles include Design Lead for Menswear, Activewear, and Sleepwear at NYBS inc., and various positions at Joe Fresh, where Ouchi contributed to product lifecycle management and the development of design concepts for children’s apparel. Ouchi holds a Bachelor of Design in Fashion Communications from Ryerson University.
