Ed Knutsen

Ed Knutsen has a broad range of experience in information technology roles. Ed previously worked as the Director of Information Technology at Joe Gibbs Racing and later at Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing & Myers, L.L.P. During their time at Smith Debnam, they developed and executed the overall IT strategy, supervised and trained a team of two IT employees, and established IT policies and procedures. Prior to that, Ed served as an Information Technology Manager at Michelin, where they maintained the IT infrastructure and provided support for manufacturing and logistics sites. Ed also implemented a server cluster that led to significant cost savings. Before Michelin, Ed worked as an Information Technology Manager at the National Institute of Aerospace, where they installed network infrastructure and implemented a cloud-based backup system. Ed's early experience includes working as an Information Technology Specialist at VHB, where they provided IT support, improved collaboration capabilities, and upgraded the network infrastructure.

Ed Knutsen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Governors University in 2011. Ed later pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the same university, completing it in 2019.
