Mohamad Khateb has a diverse background in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Assistant Restaurant Manager at JOE & THE JUICE since January 2023. Prior experience includes an Assistant Restaurant Manager role at Protein United from August 2016 to December 2022, and an Account Manager position at Monin Inc. from March 2013 to August 2016. Mohamad began career at Al Essa International Group, initially as Head Barista for Cafe Blanc from March 2009 to February 2013 and as Bartender at Water Lemon from April 2008 to February 2009.
