Rusty Medlin

Rusty Medlin is an experienced construction executive with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Preconstruction and Project Executive at Joeris General Contractors, LLC since November 2019, Rusty previously held the role of Vice President at Keith Zars Pools and Project Executive at Joeris General Contractors from 2008 to 2017. Rusty also founded and led Medlin Construction Group, Ltd. as President from 1994 to 2008, and gained experience as a Project Manager at Universal City Construction. Rusty Medlin has successfully managed small to medium commercial projects with budgets reaching up to $11 million. Educational credentials include studies at Texas A&M University and Blinn College.
