Hugo Lim

Hugo Lim has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2008. Hugo started their career at Motorola Technology Sdn. Bhd. as a NPI Engineer and CAM Engineer. During their time there, they were involved in revamping the stock control system and introducing the kanban concept to better deal with the vast amount of components used in assembly lines. Hugo also worked as a team member to improve stock ordering from suppliers to streamline parts availability.

In 2010, Hugo joined Joget, Inc. where they held the roles of Vice President, Customer Success, VP Technical Consultant and Co-Founder, Technical Consultant, and Product Developer. In their role as VP Technical Consultant and Co-Founder, they were responsible for providing training and consultancy for the company's core product, Joget Workflow. Hugo was also responsible for overseeing the delivery of continuous learning channels such as the online knowledge base and documentation, and video learning academy center.

Hugo Lim completed a Bachelor of Multimedia Systems in Information Technology from Multimedia University from 2004 to 2008. Prior to this, they attended Kolej Universiti Antarabangsa INTI from 2003 to 2004 and obtained a South Australian Matriculation.
