Jan-Paul van Den Bosch

Jan-Paul van den Bosch is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a strong background in organizational development, human resources, and learning & development. Currently, Jan-Paul serves as a member of the board and director at Mourik since January 2019. Previously, Jan-Paul co-founded and co-owned Learnforce from February 2016 to May 2019, focusing on innovative approaches to corporate learning. Jan-Paul also co-founded Boom & Bos bv, which specializes in consultancy, interim management, training, and coaching from August 2008 to May 2019. Prior roles include director at Randstad HR Solutions from 2003 to 2008 and various managerial positions at Randstad Nederland between 1990 and 2003. Educational qualifications include a law degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam and additional studies at TIAS School for Business and Society.
