Zamanda Cruz

Zamanda Cruz has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Payroll fields since 1997. Zamanda began their career at Bank of America as a Teller in 1997. In 1998, they became a Network Administrator Assistant/Web Designer at Genel Associates, where they developed and designed a 20 page website. From 2000 to 2002, they were a User Interface Designer at Ebuilt, where they architected and developed a variety of e-commerce sites, assisted with the development of intranets, and assisted in the development of Ebuilt's UI guidelines and the UI portfolio. In 2002, they became a Personnel Manager at Select Staffing. In 2009, they moved to Implant Direct LLC as a Senior Payroll Administrator. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Payroll / Benefits Administrator at Poly-Tainer Inc., and from 2015 to present, they have been a Human Resources Manager, HR Manager, and H.R. Administrator at Johanson Technology, Inc.

Zamanda Cruz began their educational journey in 1997 when they attended Moorpark College and obtained an AA in General Education in 2002. Zamanda then attended the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2012, studying Business Management. Additionally, in January 2023, Zamanda obtained a certification from LinkedIn called Nano Tips for Using Microsoft Office with Mike Tholfsen.
