Brenda Cannon

Brenda Cannon is a seasoned professional in food safety and regulatory compliance, currently serving as VP of Regulatory Compliance and VP of Food Safety and Quality at John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. since June 2008. Previous experiences include roles as Director of Food Safety and Quality at The Cheesecake Factory from 2005 to 2008, and as VP of Quality and Technical Services at Sugar Foods Corporation from 1991 to 2004. Brenda's career began at RJR Nabisco as a Quality Assurance Manager from 1985 to 1988. Educationally, Brenda holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and a Master of Science in Food Technology and Science, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
