Kindra Hansen

Kindra Hansen serves as the Vice President of Regulatory and Compliance at Lamb Weston since September 2017, overseeing ethics, compliance, regulatory matters, and litigation. Prior to this role, Kindra worked as an attorney at Andersen Schwartzman Woodard Brailsford PLLC in early 2017, specializing in commercial and civil litigation. From November 2004 to December 2016, Kindra held key legal positions at Office Depot (formerly OfficeMax), first as Assistant General Counsel for Corporate Litigation and later as Associate General Counsel. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at Boise Cascade Corporation from September 2002 to November 2004 and as a Partner at Hawley Troxell, where Kindra provided counsel in labor and employment law and represented corporations in litigation. The legal career began with a Law Clerk position at the Idaho Supreme Court from August 1994 to August 1995. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.
